Lladro Figurine "Pacific Jewel" #2383

Abuela found this Lladró "Pacific Jewel" — reference number 2383, from the 
celebrated GRES Collection. She knew the moment she lifted it. This was 
somebody's treasured piece, kept on a high shelf for decades.

Hand-sculpted and hand-painted in Tavernes Blanques, Valencia, Spain — the 
same factory where the Lladró brothers have been making porcelain by hand 
since 1953. The GRES line, started in the 1980s, is the matte-finish 
collection that serious collectors hunt for. While the classic glossy Lladró 
pieces have their own beauty, the GRES finish gives this piece an earthy, 
naturalistic warmth that catches every drop of light differently.

Authenticated by the blue bellflower stamp on the base — Lladró's official 
mark since 1971 — and includes the original box. Authorized dealer retail 
on this piece is $390.
