- Return shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

- Items must be unused and in original packaging for any approved returns
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances
- Sale items and clearance merchandise are strictly final sale with no exceptions
